My life has been pretty messed up lately so I haven't been able to work on many of my projects. I have a bunch of crocheting projects to finish as well as experiments with shaping sticky rice that I bought. If anyone knows some good recipes for onigiri or Japanese rice ball filling, please send it to me! Also, I would like recommendations on dim sum fillings and I need to hunt down how to fold the dumplings. I remember there was something on Food Network about folding the dumplings including a how-to in shaping a dumpling as a fish and getting it to stay like that during steaming....
