Life is nuts

My life has been pretty messed up lately so I haven't been able to work on many of my projects. I have a bunch of crocheting projects to finish as well as experiments with shaping sticky rice that I bought. If anyone knows some good recipes for onigiri or Japanese rice ball filling, please send it to me! Also, I would like recommendations on dim sum fillings and I need to hunt down how to fold the dumplings. I remember there was something on Food Network about folding the dumplings including a how-to in shaping a dumpling as a fish and getting it to stay like that during steaming....

Hello! Im fairywhiz, I decided to make this blog as a place to post all of my various creations on.

The reason I decided to name the blog Jackess Of Trades is because I tend to be a jack of all trades and wanted to reflect that in my title. I hope to post some of my projects soon!
